Pet care experience
I've always had pets. The usual cats, dogs, parakeets, hairless rats, regular rats, gerbils, hamster, guinea pigs, chickens and rabbits. I also have experience with more unusual pets, reptiles and insects! Personally, I have had Madagascar Cockroaches, Bearded Dragon, tarantulas and anoles. Whilst working as a docent for the Tulsa Living Museum (zoo) I cared for chinchillas, snakes, frogs, turtles, macaws, bats and hedgehogs (to name a few. We had 25 education animals for educational programs.

Lisa took good care of our pups (and chickens) for a few days while we were away. She was there during the agreed times, provided daily updates and the house was clean when we came home. We were very satisfied and would certainly book with her again!

I have know Lisa for approximately 8 years and she has always had pets. I have never known anyone that treated their animals as well as she does! She has every kind of food and treats, and the toys, oh my! She caters to their every need and if some new gadget comes out, you can be sure they will have it! She is very playful with them and they love her. I don't think you can find a better animal care-giver than her!

In my clients home, I would respect their house and pet rules. I have a lot of experience with pets, and learned a lot about caring for many animals after being a docent at the Tulsa Zoo for 10 years. I gained hands on skills for many animals most people wouldn't dream of having!

Medications, personalities and routines--favorite toys and snacks. Also, distinct behaviors to be aware of--for example, best places to scratch and places not to pet! Fave dog parks in the area too would be nice for the dogs to see their friends.
A typical day
Depending on what the owner and the pet wants to do-walks, playing with toys, talking, treats and cuddles are all on the list of things to do. I would cuddle as the pets allow--some aren't cuddlers and that's fine. Skritches and brushing are on the list too, if the owner and pets allow it!

I am currently actively retired and want to stay busy so pet care fits in quite nicely with my daily and/or weekly routine. Love furbabies.
