I've been dog-sitting since I was 10. I didn't have a dog growing up and taking care of other people's dogs was as close as I could get. As an adult, I do have a dog of my own, but can't get enough! My dog, Parker, loves playing with other dogs and we consider having other canines in the house a win-win. Parker is a 40 pound hound-mix but plays outside his weight class regularly. His cousin is a Great Dane but he loves my friend's dachshund in equal measure. My husband and I know how hard it is to leave our pup and can keep you informed with updates while you're away. We have a fenced-in yard but also take our dog running on the Minuteman Bike Path for some extra activity. We don't shy away from smart or high-energy breeds. It might look like we're all snuggles but that's just because the activity is harder to photograph.
