Absolutely pleased with Lisa, went on a cruise for over a week and got updates and pictures of my fur babies every day and was never worried about their wellbeing. Lisa was able to work with my price budget with no issue. She was so patient and loving towards my babies while I was away. If I need a sitter again I will definitely use Lisa! Highly recommend!

Lisa was more than welcoming and made sure to update me on how my puppy was doing. It was a relief to know that my dog was in good hands. We’ll be coming back soon :) thank you Lisa !

The Dog House - Lots of room in/out

Hi, I’m Lisa and my calling in life is to help people, animals and the world! I lost my beloved dog to cancer and dog sitting helps me share my love with many other animals — and helps me, too. I run my own business from home helping people create their best lives, and my schedule is very flexible. That allows plenty of time to cuddle, pet, play and walk my dog friends!

What Lisa would like to know about your dog

Since I occasionally have other dogs in the house, my house is a great fit for dogs who are sociable. I want every dog in my care to always feel safe, comfortable and at home! I’ll need to know any rules you have for your pet (Are they allowed on the couch? Can they jump in my lap?) so I can ensure we follow them!

If I’m visiting your home, I want to make sure your dog is people-friendly, of course! If you have an aggressive or difficult to handle dog, I will likely keep them in the home and yard for everyone’s safety.

When Lisa watches your pet

I’ve found it’s very important to follow a dog’s schedule to ensure they are happy. Dogs love keeping their usual schedule because the routine gives them comfort, and you’ll love it because it will ensure your dog won’t come back with a disrupted schedule or new set of rules!

Generally, I love taking dogs on several walks throughout the day. I also like to play in my backyard, which is completely fenced with a 6” fence. Your dog will have constant access to the backyard to play to their heart’s content. In the house, I leave the large living space (kitchen, living room and dining room) open for your dog to roam, choose a cozy dog bed, play with toys or relax.
