I grew up on 5 acres in west Lake Worth on the edge of the Everglades and began pet sitting dogs, horses, and other farm animals as a teenager. We had dogs, cats, chickens, and horses and I loved every minute of my childhood. I’ve rarely been without a dog in my 52 years on this planet. My 10 year old daughter and I recently lost our beloved English Bulldog, Winnie. We and our little jack Russell x chihuahua, Delphine, miss her terribly and want to fill some of that empty space by loving on your pet(s). We live in a great little place near the intracoastal with a covered patio and completely fenced yard. I homeschool my daughter, have a flexible schedule, and work from home as a landscape / nature photographer, so I'm available throughout the day. People tell me I have a very laid back peaceful vibe, which makes pets feel relaxed around me. If this is what you and your pet need, then I'm your girl. It would be a blessing to both myself and my daughter to share our love with your beloved pet.

Lisa and her daughter Izzy were amazing with our two pups!! Our 2 year old was curled up in a ball getting ear scratches within 10 minutes of us dropping them off. Even our 8 month old, who can be of a handful. We came to pick up two very happy pups with lots of tail wags! Her yard was great for them to run around in, and cool even in the summer heat being so close to the water. Lisa gave us updates (and great photos!) and was a wonderful communicator. We will definitely be repeat clients. Thank you Lisa and Izzy!
Lisa and her young daughter were truly remarkable with how they cared for my two dogs, 25lbs & 60lbs mixed breeds, while I was out of town for 1 week. I only have great things to say about Lisa and how affectionate and caring they are. So many boarders just run a business and the animals are secondary. I'm grateful for having found Lisa and so will you!!
My dog Echo, weim/chocolate lab, loves Lisa. Lisa has watched her on several occasions and she gets so excited when she knows we are going to see her. Lisa is kind and loving with a very relaxed and calming demeanor. Her home is also very relaxing and laid back. Lisa and her daughter love animals and your dog will be spoiled while you are away. I highly recommend using Lisa to watch your pet, you won't regret it and neither will your pet.

Visiting dogs must be dog and people friendly and good on a leash if walks are requested. I love all breeds and sizes of sweet friendly dogs.
A typical day
I live in a small nautical dog-loving community in a home with a fenced yard. I only board dogs from the same family during any particular set of dates. I'm home most of the time and provide lots of attention and availability and dogs have access to the patio and yard whenever they want it. Because I don't kennel dogs (unless requested by the owner) and don't take other dogs during their stay, I'm providing a specialized level of service. If you reserve a stay in my home, your dogs will receive the type of care and love that you provide to them yourself, they will become a member of our family, and my daughter and I will continuously strive to make sure they are happy, comfortable, and content until you return. This will truly be a home away from home without the stress of kenneling or multiple dogs. If you are looking for focused attention in a peaceful environment, then you've found it!
