Pet care experience
Taking care of pets is fun. I can take care of dogs with injuries and keep cats company. I have experience giving cats fluids with a syringe. I am detail oriented and committed to providing a satisfactory experience for you and your pet. Large dogs must be well behaved without jumping, able to handle basic commands and adjust to owner being gone. Cats must be healthy and not be in need of 24/7 hospice care.

During visits, dogs are kept safe outdoors by staying within a fence or kept on a leash if no fence is available. For dog walking, dogs are kept on a leash at all times. Included in safety is the ability of the pet to remain calm with a sitter and stay under control at all times.

When booking, let me know if your pet has any special needs such as medicines, care recovering from injury, or whatever the case may be. Sometimes dogs need unique help. For example, when my dog tore her ACL, I aided her while walking by putting a sling under her belly so she would not injure her other ACL. Let me know what your dog needs. I am happy to accommodate if I can.
A typical day
I am happy to play with your pet, give them some love, take your dog for walks, toss a ball - whatever their favorite activity may be. Each pet is different so I make every effort to meet their needs. Biting will not be tolerated and will affect the quality if care.

Availability
I am available all day Friday through Monday plus Holidays for drop-in visits and dog walks. The rest of the time, Tuesday through Thursday, I am available in the evenings. Pets get the love and attention they need to be happy and content.
