Pet care experience
I’ve had cats and dogs all my life. I have experience administering medications to both. I’m patient with shy animals and know not to force interactions and how to read their body language and comfort level. I’ve taken training classes with my dog and have worked with a behavioralist for some of her more “special affects”. I love animals and the range of personalities they can have!

Lisa is a wonderful and loving pet parent. She loves animals and they love her too. My cat who does not like meeting new people and usually hides, warmed to her immediately. He even lets her rub his belly... something he usually reserves only for me. I highly recommend Lisa as a pet sitter and will be booking with her again for certain.

I love all dog sizes and types! Dogs can tell us a lot about how they are feeling from their body language. Over the years, dealing with my own dog’s various “special affects”, I have become attune to the cues a dog will give. I will work with your dog to make sure they are relaxed, comfortable, happy, and having a good time.
A typical day
I am happy to walk at a park or in your neighborhood or wherever your dog is comfortable! I also enjoy playing and am happy to throw a ball or toy around.
