Lisa let my dog get into play-doh and children’s Tylenol while under her care while I was Out of state. While I was At the airport (conveniently my flight was late) she called panicking as she didn’t know how much Tylenol my dog consumed, as it’s toxic to dogs. She’s a single mom and clearly had too much going on to watch a dog - please advise I do Not recommend her to watch any dog. She told ME to call around to vets to see what to do or where someone would take him, while I was Boarding a plane. I literally Cried the entire way home fearing for what was going to happen to my dog. After taking my dog to the emergency vet at 11pm, she informed me her phone was about to die, and leaving me without updates. She left my dog at the vet as I arrived Around 2:30am to get him. I had 3 follow up visits on my own dime and time to retest his blood as he did have toxicity and jaundice. Overall my experience was more than stressful and terrible under her watch as I couldnt Enjoy my time away. I had To go through a month of fighting with Rover to get my money back and threatened to talk to upper management until the issue was resolved.
