I am an animal lover through and through. I grew up with cats in my house always. My grandparents always had dogs and I have loved taking care of animals all my life. I watch most of my friends animals when they go away on vacations at there homes. I am an outdoors person and love hiking. Of course I would take your dog with me as well to enjoy the outdoors every day. I love pampering dogs and making them feel loved with massaging time to keep them happy and feeling secure with a new person. Since I have 1 cat, it's not possible to do care at my home unless dogs get along with cats or if you provide a crate if you crate your dog and depending on size and behavior. I love going to visit my friends grooming business in San Carlos to help calm the dogs in need and just get extra puppy loves. If you need other services while taking care of your dog(s), ie: watering plants, picking up mail, lights left on , please don't hesitate to ask. I also am available to take care of cats as well. Why I love dog sitting Although I've only had 1 dog that I have owned,(Aus shep/queensland healer)I am a big dog lover through and through. My Mom had an Australian shepherd that used to just tackle me at the door when I would visit and lick my entire face clean. We would wrestle on the ground together just like two dogs upon our greeting. I miss Cruz deeply. I feel the compassion for dogs and try to make them as comfy and loved when there owners are away. I sometimes spoil them with too much love and lap love and massage. My experience administering medication I am very comfortable giving meds of all kinds. I love to make home made treats that are good for dogs. I recently cared for one of my dear friends that has a dog that had his leg amputated due to bone cancer.

Lisa helped take care of our three Boston Terriers on short notice. We only needed her for a day but she came early to get familiar with the dogs and the house and meet with us. She did a great job, left the house clean and the dogs happy. We would definitely use Lisa again.
We unfortunately did not have a good experience with Lisa. She stayed at our home to care for our two Boston Terriers while we were out of the country for a few days. We had several complaints (that have been filed with Rover), however the biggest one is that she left our pups for almost 12 hours one day and then almost 13 hours the next day and when she did return, it was extremely late (11pm and then 1am). Granted everyone's schedule is different, it is completely unreasonable to leave any dog for this amount of time and to have a completely different schedule from the one that was reviewed with her. I let it the first day go, but when it was happening again on a the second day (we could see entry/exit of the home through our home security system), I texted her and she seemed completely unphased and unconcerned that she hadn't been home yet. She had an excuse, which I told her was completely unacceptable. When you pay someone to take care of your beloved pets, you expect that they receive the same love and care that you provide them. I reached out to her prior to placing this review, however she did not respond with any comments or apologies (though she did refund for 1 day). Long story short, I would not rebook her and I would also not recommend her to care for your pets.
Our hounds were happy when we returned from our trip and didn’t seem to miss us. Lisa did a great job keeping our dogs happy in our absence.
Lisa was a great kitty sitter! She met with us beforehand to make sure she had all the info, and went out of her way to perform other house sitting details while she was here. She even sent videos and pictures of our baby while we were gone! Will definitely rebook Lisa for our next trip.

A typical day
Time I'll spend with your dog I love taking hikes and spending quality time with animals. If need be, I will spend the night as well and with the dog if that is what they are used to. Extra house-sitting services I have no problem doing any additional things you might need while you are away. I'll even take the garbage curbside if needed.
