Pet care experience
I have had Dogs (and cats) in my home and a part of my family for 25 years. In addition, I have been a volunteer at the Humane Society in Coon Rapids in the Dog Adoption area so I am comfortable with all types of dogs including those that are shy and timid to those with resource guarding issues. I also spent some time as a Foster for a local Rescue so I am accustomed to having many different breeds with different personalities in my home. I loved them all! I just recently had to let my Yorkie Poo go after being with me for 17 years. It was heartbreaking and I miss him dearly. With that being said, I'm familiar and comfortable with Senior dogs requirements. I will be only taking in one family at a time so I can give each dog the love and attention it needs to feel secure while his family is away.

Lisa was fabulous. She shared pics and texts and we could see Riley was happy and well cared for. As soon as we got home he took a nap lol. First time I used Rover. Very happy with my choice!
Lisa is very kind and took great care of Max. He looked right at home in the photos Lisa sent me throughout the day. It was amazing to focus on work and leave my little buddy at home all day.
We felt very comfortable having Lisa watch our “girls”. She made them feel right at home. She was also patient with them when they got a bit anxious;). I’m sure they loved the fenced back yard to run and play. We also received updates and some pictures throughout their stay. I’m quite sure our girls would love to stay with Lisa again sometime!
Lisa watched our puppy when we had to travel on short notice. Lisa was attentive, she proactively sent us pictures and videos so we were assured that "Benji" was in a safe and caring environment. I would recommend Lisa and would use her again in the future!

A typical day
I have a nice large fenced in yard for doggies to play in , but I will also take them out for walks in the neighborhood as there are some nice trails around here. I love having a walking buddy!
