Lisa was an absolute privilege to have watch out Charlotte. She took care of her as if she was her own and even made her a part of her family while we were away. Lisa truly went above and beyond to make our dog’s time away from us as stress free as possible, with frequent visits, stays with her family, a beach trip and a bath! Charlotte was excited for us to come home but we know we have found our go to person to watch Charlotte whenever we need someone. Extremely trustworthy & caring, with great communication with us in our absence. A++++++ service!

I highly recommend Lisa to take care of your pets! I was on my second day of vacation in London, England when my vet called and said we should pick up one of my cats due to high level of stress. I had my pets at the local vet's boarding facility but one spoiled cat was not happy being away from home. My vet suggested we get him home right away to reduce his stress. I am new to town and didn't have a spare key for her, nor do I know my neighbors so felt desperate for a solution. The vet recommended Rover, so I contacted Lisa and she immediately responded. Lisa said she would help me figure things out and in the end we got a locksmith, an extra key, and she went to the vet to pick up my crabby cat. For the rest of my vacation, I got daily updates and pictures of my cat, and I could see he was so happy to be back home. Lisa changed my worry to total relaxation, knowing my cat was back home and being well taken care of. I'm really thankful that I met Lisa and will use her the next time we leave town.
