Lisa was a pleasure to work with. I was very concerned about leaving my two house-destructive cats (and one of them in need of regular human interaction) for two weeks. We'd boarded them in the past - but after several post-boarding illnesses with one cat (stress-related, we think), we decided to try Rover based on friend/neighbor positive reviews. It was an easy and great experience. Lisa did daily litter scooping (and a litter change), food/water, and some kitty TLC. Judging by our mudroom, she probably brought in a box or two (which I'd forgotten to mention!). I really appreciated the pictures she posted on the Rover "cards" (one per visit), as they made "care" something concrete. Lisa was very accommodating in adding a visit when neighbor kids (hired to just hang in the house later in the day to keep kitties company) couldn't make it. It was stressful to have that pop up just as we were leaving town, and Lisa stepped in graciously. I enjoyed meeting her and one of her children when she came for the check-things-out visit - knowing she was a mom also reassured me (mom to mom thing I guess). I would definitively hire Lisa again!! Kitties were clearly well-fed and although obviously joyous to have their people back, both cats were fine and very untraumatized...what a relief. Thank you, Lisa!
