Lisa was the best dog sitter we have experienced ever on Rover. Our dog boarded with her for a weekend we were out of town. Beforehand, we spoke on the phone, and she impressed us with astute questions about how she can best take care of our dog and his unique needs. We explained our rules, preferences, and guidelines. During our dog's stay with her, Lisa carried out our wishes with utmost attentiveness to detail. For example, she avoided interactions with other dogs, as we had requested. She seemed very responsible, and it felt to us that she watched after our dog as if she was a parent watching after a child. In addition, she was very punctual - she was ready for drop-off and pick-up as planned. She was good at sticking to the plans, but also very flexible, laid-back and good with communication if something came up. For example, our dog finished all the food we had given her, so after checking with me if it was OK and for the brand/type, she immediately went to the store and got him more food, which made us happy. Also, she was very responsive with the Rover messaging, and sent us frequent photo and text updates, which also made us very happy. Last but not least, our dog appeared very happy and comfortable staying with Lisa, and she had a nice yard and neighborhood for our dog to enjoy. I am trying hard to think of something I wish she did differently, but there is nothing. Overall, Lisa was professional, nice, mature, helpful, and responsible, and we hope to use her every time we need someone to watch our dog in the future.

Lisa loves Marston so much. I really enjoy leaving him with her, because they get along so well.
