Pet care experience
I've been an animal owner/lover since a young age. In the past, I worked in a pet store and attended to dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, rabbits, ferrets, etc. As well, I volunteered at the DE Humane Assoc. and trained dogs for adoption. Currently, I'm an active volunteer for Tristate Bird Rescue & Research. I love all earth's creatures and want your pets to feel safe and happy in my presence. I'm willing to work with multiple pets, small or large; follow special diets; administer medication; basic behavioral training; provide massage therapy; and of course lots of cuddles. My husband and I have resided in DE since our childhoods. I'm primarily home most the day, and pet free. Sadly, we lost our 21 year old kittie last year. Besides any unforeseen emergencies or errands, I am able to provide all-day one on one care for your pets.

My goal is to always communicate throughout visits and to keep the owner up to date. I ask that all needs for your pet are communicated up front such as sociability and health. I'm comfortable with injections; however, I'm unable to provide intravenous fluids.
A typical day
At first I want to follow your pet's routine. As we become friends we can be more adventurous within safe limits. We can veg out and watch tv; play fetch or cat and mouse; visit the park or my backyard for exercise; whatever brings your pet happiness and fulfillment.
