Lisa was great! She treated our dog like her own and was sure to send photos to let us know how he was doing. He definitely looked like he was making himself right at home. Just we wished we lived closer so we could visit more! Thanks again Lisa!

Quite disappointed in general. Seemed easy enough instructions: let the pup out, play a bit, optional walk, then feed dinner--a prepared bowl of which we'd agreed I would leave in the fridge and could just be given at the end of the visit. I even texted a few hours before the drop-in with a reminder about the feeding routine. Turns out the prepared bowl remained in the fridge until we returned, well past normal dinner time. On inquiry into this, something just didn't quite add up. If there were a question, I'd rather an attempt be made to contact me rather than improvising (which she did when she couldn't find his prepped bowl)--and I didn't get a text or call. I wanted to give Lisa the benefit of the doubt, but her replies seemed vague or just didn't make sense. Granted, nothing bad came of the situation, and I declined a proffered refund, but the lack of attention to detail, coupled with no attempt to reach me to clarify the situation, certainly does not inspire me to book again.
