Lionel is beyond amazing with my dogs! I have 6 dogs which can be a lot to handle but he gets it done with such ease. No complaints or issues. He manages all of them and the workload from them impeccably. He comes in and treats my dogs as if they are his own. I have known him for over 2 decades and his undying kindness to humans which he extends that same love and care onto animals. He is respectful, efficient, and a hard worker. He puts great care into keeping any areas he is in clean and maintained. He is dependable and has great communication and documentation during the care of my animals.

Whenever I need him, he comes at a drop of a dime. He treats my dogs and my late cat with such dignity and respect you would think they were his. When my cat died while I was away, he brought his body to the vet to be cremated for me, he even hung on to his collar for me so it wouldn’t be lost. He will sit with them during a storm for a little longer or if they are extra stressed with you being away. He will eat his lunch at your house just to give them more hands on time. As a medically retired medic, he will rapidly assess your animal and message you if he notices a limp or lameness. My one dog got cut while I was out of town and he was able to bandage the wound and monitor it for me. I couldn’t say enough great things about Lionel. Your pet is in the best of hands under his care. I trust my animals with him and my babies are my life.
