I got my first pet at 18, a kitten who was from a stray in the neighborhood. I still have that cat today, as well as her brother, an adopted pittie who is 11 and an adopted mutt who is 10. I’ve fostered over 30 dogs and a few kittens, volunteered at our local animal shelters and worker events trying to find pets loving homes. I love caring for animals and being a person animals trust.
