I grew up with dogs and have been trusted to take care of neighbor’s pets since age 11. I have experience with a wide variety of animals including, birds, fish, rabbits, cats, fearful dogs, and special needs elderly dogs.

I was super happy I went with Linnea to cat sit and I definitely recommend. They had great communication and I did not have to worry about anything. Super helpful.
Linnea was reliable and stopped by to feed my 2 cats as scheduled every day. She followed the instructions and everything seemed in order when I returned. She did a Meet and Greet (which I appreciated) and asked if I would like her to stay the full half hour or only as long as the cats were willing to play. I agreed to less time and she averaged approximately 20 minutes.

I will want to get a chance to meet you and your pet before providing services, just to make sure everyone has a good experience. I have experience with dogs and cats if all sizes and temperaments and I find that one of the most helpful things can be to let them meet you with their owner present. Besides that, just let me know if there are health problems I need to watch for or any bite history. I am not opposed to working with dogs that have bitten but they require different care and I will need to take that on a case-by-case basis
A typical day
Again it varies by the creature! I will do whatever you tell me they like. With dogs, I will ask you how long a typical walk is and do my best to recreate that plus lots of play time, and I love to get dogs to show me their tricks. For cats, I will respect their boundaries and play fir as long as I can keep them interested

Availability
I am currently working a typical 9 to 5 but it makes my day when I can get up early or get home a little later to take care of a pet. I am also available on weekends.
