Any health conditions, medications, restrictions, anxieties/ triggers on walks (squirrels/ cats/ large dogs/ cars). Also good to know favorite toys + treats, and a basic schedule. If you've had a walker or sitter before and you have an idea how they behave when you aren't around that info is great to have-- especially if they don't eat normally on the first day or get super anxious towards the end.

I like to go on fun walks either to see water or cool nature and usually take nice photos, if a dog is good with fetch or a frisbee I cannot get tired of whatever activity will best suit their needs. I like to go to parks and go hiking in my free time so activities that involve being outdoors and exploring will for sure be on the list if the weather is nice
