Pet care experience
Hi I’m Lindsey, welcome to my page! I am a 22 year old college student at Missouri State who loves animals! I love to take care of all types of pets, not only physically but mentally stimulating as well. Watching your pet to me means that they will not come home hungry, thirsty, needing to go the bathroom, or with lots of energy from sitting around all day. I love to take dogs on long walks when the weather allows and play outside. I live in an apartment complex that does have a gated dog park where I can throw balls and toys for them to fetch and not worry about them running too far. There are also times when there are other dogs there if your pup loves to make new friends. I have one Yorkie named Lila at home that we have had for 12 years and I also had a cat named Leo for 2 years and miss being around animals so much. I have been on Rover for over 4 years and have met lots of wonderful people and pets and love it! If there are any special requests that you or your animals need PLEASE let me know, I am very easy going and upfront, my #1 priority is that you feel comfortable leaving one of your family members with me. Lindsey was great to work with. Responded quickly. Competent, easy going, shared pics with us and took good care of our Labrador Retriever Lucy.
Lindsey was wonderful with our dogs who can be anxious when we are gone. Our dogs were comfortable with her, enjoyed the walk she took them on and handled our absence well. We enjoyed the pictures and check in reports she provided while we were gone. We definitely recommend Lindsey if you need an overnight dog sitter!
Lindsey watched my 2 dogs Sadie and Molly for 4 days while I went to the lake. She sent me pictures and updates twice a day which was very reassuring and made me know they were being well taken care of. Her apartment was nice and dog-proofed, it didn't look like there was anything they could get into. Her rates were also the cheapest I saw while looking which was nice. Overall I was happy I chose her to watch my doggos, next time I go back I will ask in advance to make sure she is available!
