Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Lindsey. I am a 33 year old Special Education Teacher with a strong love for animals. I was a volunteer foster parent for a dog rescue where I rescued and rehabilitated 45 dogs. I own my own dog, care for my roommates dogs, grew up with dogs since I was 6 years old, and anywhere I go I bond quickly with animals. I can care for your pet in my home if they get along with other dogs, if not, I would be glad to take care of them in your home (most dogs prefer to be in their home). I absolutely love dogs and caring for them. About this sitter: I am available to walk or babysit for any type of pet you have! I have a dog of my own and have fostered dogs for 3 years, saving a total of 45 dogs from euthanasia. I have experience with all different personalities and am a great caregiver. I have cared for dogs, horses, reptiles, fish, cats, and other small animals. If you have horses, I would love to help out with feed, exercise, banking stalls, whatever you need! I have experience caring for all different breeds including chihuahuas, poodles, maltese, chows, shepards, terriers, pitbulls, mastiffs, boxers... pretty much every kind of dog you can think of. I work closely with an experienced rescue group to advocate and protect. Training all breeds of dogs including neglected, emotionally unstable dogs. Most of my experience is working with big breeds such as pitbulls, mastiffs, boxers, etc. I own a chihuahua mix who loves other dogs and is extremely obedient. Meet my pets I have an 11 year old chihuahua mix named Lola. She adores other animals.
Reviews
Scottie had so much fun with Lindsey. As soon as I dropped him off I could tell he felt comfortable and happy. Lindsey's home is spacious with easy access to a huge back yard where I'm sure Scottie played most of the time. He got along very well with Lola who is really sweet. I would definitely leave Scottie with Lindsey again!
Lindsey did a fantastic job. She was very accommodating and took amazing care of my dog. Everything was super smooth and easy. I'd recommend her to anyone.
Lindsey is the most caring animal lover/owner I know. She has fostered over 20 dogs living on her own since college which has only been about 5 years. She even brought one home to live with our parents! Lindsey knows how to take care of all different kinds of dogs, and more importantly knows how to make them disciplined, responsible pets. When thinking about a safe, loving home for your dog, don't settle until you have met Lindsey.
Lindsey is the definition of 'dog lover.' Her caring, trustworthy, and responsible nature make me feel comfortable leaving my pup with her any time. For years she rescued and fostered dogs in need, saving dozens of dogs from euthanasia and placing them in wonderful homes. When it come to my dog, Taco, I could not think of anyone better to keep an on him than Lindsey!

Information Lindsey R. would like to know about your pet
I need to know what makes your dog most comfortable, how often they eat, if anything triggers them, any behavioral issues, the amount of walks they usually go on.
A typical day
It’s up to the owners but I would take them to Central Park and the dog park nearby. I Also have an outdoor space to run the dog if needed.
