Lindsey took amazing care of my sweet dog while I was gone on a work trip. She is a rescue and is often slow to warm up to people but she warmed up to Lindsey right away. Lindsey sent me lots of updates and made me feel very much at ease with leaving my dog in her care. She was extremely flexible. When a family emergency came up unexpectedly, she did everything possible in her power to still watch my dog and make sure she was in good care. She truly went above and beyond, even offering to pick me up from the airport when my ride cancelled on me the last minute. She is one of the best sitters I’ve ever had (and I use Rover often). I will definitely be seeking her out the next time I need a dog sitter!
Lindsey is the most terrific pet sitter we’ve ever had. She is the one we call every time we go out of town, as she is very reliable and usually works with our schedule. We are particular pet parents and always type out a schedule/list for each of our 3 pets and Lindsey has always respected our house and pets rules. We even ask her to take the dogs to pick up treats/toys for the pets (which we pay for.) She always goes above and beyond with our dogs and cat. Another plus to having Lindsey is that she is always willing to send updates/photos on our fur babies. They truly love having Lindsey as a sitter, as well as we do. Anyone would be lucky to work with her!
Lindsey is an amazing pet parent herself as well as an amazing pet sitter for my family and I when we leave town. She treats all animals like her own and makes sure they feel loved. She would be a wonderful person to hire to watch or walk your animals.

It is important for me to know how your dog reacts when seeing other animals or people when going on walks, whether they have any medical conditions that affects their joints or breathing, and how well they tolerate a leash or lack there of.
A typical day
I am willing and able to engage in any activities that the owners are comfortable with including fetch, belly rubs, and going to the dog park. I enjoy taking dogs on the hiking trail at Chestnut Ridge Metro Park in Carroll, Ohio.

Availability
Pet care is something that I have previously done whenever family/friends go out of town or on vacation. However, I applied for this position in order to do this job more frequently. I love animals and would love to care for them more frequently.
