Pet care experience
I have worked with small and large animals for over 15 years. I have been a veterinary technician for 8 of those years, and am well-educated and confident. Currently employed full-time with a local and well-respected veterinary clinic. I will give your animals the comfort and care they need when you are away! As a pet owner (three cats, three dogs, one horse) myself, I truly understand the emotional needs of animals outside of just the standard of care.

Lindsey was fantastic as always. She's wonderful with my dog, and takes excellent care of him!
My playful lab LOVED Lindsey! She played with him at his level. If he wanted to play ball, she played ball. If he wanted to show off cool tricks she was happy to see those too. I got lots of photos and updates which helped ease my nerves about leaving my fur babies alone. My cats loved Lindsey too, even my cat who doesn't like other people let her give him scritches. I hope to have Lindsey pet sit in the future!
Lindsey did a wonderful job looking after Chester! She formed a great bond with him, and kept me in the know about their visits and how he was doing. Definitely recommend!!

Please let me know if there are any specific things your animal doesn’t or does like. For example, is your dog head-shy? Do they have a favorite toy or game? How do you handle things like when your dog jumps up? Are your cats allowed on the tables? These things help me know more of how to interact with your pet so that we stay consistent with their training.
A typical day
I would love to help your dog feel mentally stimulated with fun training games, sniff walks, and lots of love. Always happy to learn how you want your dog to be handled, and to know what cues you use for different commands.

Availability
I work full-time, but have 3 days off a week since we work 10 hour shifts. My schedule is flexible from week to week, so I can adjust as needed.
