Pet care experience
After moving in with my boyfriend at the beginning of the pandemic, I became the primary walker, feeder, snuggler, and activities director of our tiny chihuahua while I worked from home. She is a spunky senior dog with few teeth and outdoor allergies. This means a lot of special care and consideration for her size. I'm happy to do the same for your pup too :) Meet and Greets are required. This means that I am unable to care for out-of-town pets. For holidays, a two night minimum is required.
Reviews
Lindsey did an outstanding job with my boy, Blitz. It was very easy to work with her, and she made every effort possible to make sure Blitz was happy, taken care of, and loved during my absence. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!
Lindsey was great! She provided pictures and updates to let me know how my pup was doing. Will definitely use again!
Lindsey was amazing! It was my first time leaving my dog for several days which made me very nervous but Lindsey made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog in her care. She provided me with updates and pictures and gave her lots of love while I was away.
Great as always!

Your furry family member is welcome to snooze all day on the couch or next to me on the office floor. Dogs are welcome to sleep in the bedroom but are not allowed in the bed. I will play with your pup in the backyard or take them on a walk around the neighborhood to meet their exercise needs. We encourage boundaries, patience, and safe spaces :) . This may include setting up a dedicated "go lay down" spot for decompression, taking turns at dog mealtime, or staying out of a hot, busy kitchen. Our home is child free, which means pets get all the attention!

Information Lindsey N. would like to know about your pet
Meet and Greets are required. This means that I am unable to care for out-of-town pets. While I typically care for one client at a time, I am willing to board two repeat clients. This is dependent on 1) the dogs personality and 2) approval from both owners. If there are commands or boundaries your dog follows at home, I will try my best to continue reinforcing that behavior. Please provide as much detail as possible if your dogs resource guards or shows aggression. I may not accept a client that poses a danger to our Chihuahuas safety.
A typical day
We go out for short backyard breaks every couple of hours or so, as well as morning or lunchtime walks around the neighborhood, depending on the weather.

Availability
I work from home full time during typical work hours. I appreciate caring for pets because they remind me to take short breaks away from the computer and get fresh air in the backyard or on a lunchtime walk.
