Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of pets since 2022, when I realized that I was not in a place to have my own dog/cat. So, I decided to help out others with their pet sitting needs, to provide a service as well as be around furry friends again! It truly is something that brings me much joy, and I love every opportunity I get to hang out with dogs and cats alike.

Lindsey did a great job housesitting and taking care of my rambunctious dog and shy kitty. Both of my pets warmed up to her immediately and she let me know how they were doing with daily texts and pictures. My house was clean when I got back home and my pets were happy. She even left me a sweet note and a vase of fresh flowers to welcome me home! I definitely recommend Lindsey and plan to reserve with her next time I need a house and pet sitter.
Lindsey is a hidden gem! We were so lucky to find her and can always count on her to take such great care of our German Wirehaired Pointer. Lindsey is very reliable and never had to worry who was going to take care of our pup while we were out of town. She was great with our high energy dog and so willing to help out with everything while we were gone. I would highly recommend Lindsey!

Let me know if your dog or cat has any special needs. I have experience caring for animals with various needs, and would prefer an in-person walk through for how to take care of your pet. Please schedule a time that would work before you leave to go over those specific needs, so I know how best to care for your pet.
A typical day
In the morning I’ll start the day with a walk, and some play time in a nearby park or a backyard. Then in the afternoon I’ll make sure they get out when I arrive, and have some play time to get the energy out. We will go to the dog park a few times a week, and make sure that there is plenty of snuggle time to wind down from the day.

Availability
I currently work during the day with a mixture of weekday/weekend days, so I let the dogs out after an 8-hour shift. If the dog needs to go out more than that, I will try to be as flexible as possible to adhere to your needs.
