Hi, I’m Lindsey! I recently graduated from college last year and moved to the Bay Area from Michigan to take advantage of the lifestyle and career opportunities out here. Throughout high school and college, I was trusted with dog and cat sitting for nearby relatives and loved it! I picked up rover during COVID as a side hustle and have loved the chance to get to know so many fun dogs, cats, and their owners! I have even been a primary house sitter for one family that I met on rover for over a year now :)

Lindsey watched our pup for two nights at our home. She was responsive to texts and left the house tidy. As requested, she turned on the pet camera when she left, which was great. Our pup seemed to be in good spirits when we returned. Considering our pup's history of separation anxiety and this being our first time working with Lindsey, we would have felt more at ease if she had provided more frequent and proactive updates. Unfortunately, we only received updates once a day, and that was only when we reached out to her. Additionally, we would’ve been less worried if she had texted to give us a heads up that she was going to be away from the house for several hours late at night. Overall, we believe our pup was well-cared for during our time away, but just wished for better communication.
Lindsey did a great job with my anxious pup! The second day we arrived, my dog greeted her with a wagging tail and happy demeanor and went right inside. I know that my dog had a great time and felt safe and happy immediately. Will absolutely use Lindsey for dog care again if I am in the area!

Lindsey worked her pet magic once again...Ozzy and Yuki are treated to loving, happy care every time Lindsey visits. We are so lucky to have found her through Rover! She treats our pets and out home as if they were her own, and we never worry about their wellbeing when we're gone...They have Lindsey! Thanks for another lovely stay, Lindsey...You're the best!

I am extremely clean so I try to keep the space as clean as I found it when house sitting. My apartment is also tidy and safe. I love getting to brighten up animals’ day with a walk or some company.

I work a hybrid work schedule and am usually home throughout the week besides Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s. For the most part I stay in the area because I love it here!
