•Boutique Boarding! •Kennel-Free •I host your dogs favorite vacation home and sleep away camp! I have dogs and cats of my own. They’re all well trained. I’ve boarded and house sat dogs for years. Check out my pet sitting business @catskilltails on instagram! My partner and I both WFH so I have an extremely flexible schedule. I’ve cared for many different types of animals my entire life. I also have years of experience working for a dog brand (Love Thy Beast) so I’m knowledgeable about all breeds, sizes, temperaments and equipped with the skills needed for caring and handling all your pets.

Lindsey is a dog whisper with her own dogs, her dog guests, and with our girl. She's relaxed around them and seems to really love them and what she’s doing, and they know it. Penny doesn’t want to get in our car when it’s time to leave!

I offer dog boarding/ house sitting throughout the Hudson Valley! I have two homes, one with a large fenced in yard on the east side of the Hudson River and another on the west side with 10 acres of trails that dogs absolutely love to hike. I focus on both off leash and leashed group hikes! Or I can walk your pup independently. Some are just happy to lounge on the giant square couch. I can board your pups at either location of your preference. Or if your dog needs to be watched alone without other animals around I have options! I also have many different types of crates available at both locations for easy drop off and pick up so you don’t have to lug your puppy’s crate around. All dogs sleep in my beds and on my couches unless they are crated in your home too. I don’t kennel board. There is no dog I will turn down. As long as I’m available ♥️

Let me know if your dog has any medical needs or medication assistance. Please let me know if your dog has any aggression towards other animals as it may not be a good fit in my home. I always have other animals around unless planned ahead of time. All of my animals have ZERO aggression. Let me know if your dog CAN’T have single ingredient beef liver treats. We use these as rewards. Or if you have special treats you’d like me to use instead, let me know!
A typical day
I have 10+ acres on both properties perfect for hiking, training, walking, and playing. My pets get along with all animals always and were raised around many other pets. We play fetch, eat bubbles, stand in the kiddie pool, and bask in the sun and nature. We can hike around the woods on leash or run free in the fenced in area. My house is always ready for fur and your pet will be comforted with cuddles or able to relax in a private room away from other animals if they need.
