Unfortunately, I did not have a good interaction with Lindsey and feel like I need to share. She started her first check in with my cat 4 hours late but never actually showed up. She let me know 2 hours later that she was having a emergency with her foster dog, but that she was headed home and would check in with my cat then. She ended up never checking in with my cat and missing completely the 9 am and 5 pm check ins I had scheduled. I definitely understand that emergencies happen but I was pretty disappointed with the lack of honest communication. I tried to get a refund through her for the check ins she missed but she never followed up with me. I would use slight caution when booking with Lindsey.

Lindsey is an absolutely amazing pet sitter. We have used her services twice for our cat Kiki, and both experiences have been above and beyond what we expected. She spent considerable time with our cat on each visit, playing and cuddling, sending us lots of pictures and videos each day of our trip. She is attentive, caring, and really knows how to put pet owners at ease. We cannot recommend Lindsey enough. On top of being an excellent cat sitter, she is the sweetest person you will ever meet.
