Pet care experience
Growing up on a farm, I have cared for all creatures great and small since I could walk. My home, whether it has been back home, in college, or in veterinary school, has always had an dog in it, and I have absolutely loved caring for them. I have experience with breeds as small and sensitive as Pugs to breeds as large and in charge as German Shepherds. Also, being a veterinary student at UGA’s College of Veterinary Medicine, I am committed to the highest standards of pet care by both career duty and personal passion.

Lindsey is Fantastic! We were nervous about leaving our 5 month old for the 1st time, but as soon as we met Lindsey our worries went away. It was love at first sight for Jasper because he immediately started giving her puppy kisses. Lindsey sent pictures and detailed updates multiple times a day. Lindsey's Pug, Stevie, is a Sweetheart. Jasper misses her even now. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing he was well taken care of and having s blast! Thanks again Lindsey for taking such good care of our Fur Baby!
Lindsey was great! She sent regular updates/photos and my dog was happily tired from his day of playing with her and her little dog. She made it super easy to schedule and communicate as well!

While I do not have a fenced yard, I live adjacent to the intramural fields and can take your dog on long walks there so often! My pug, Stevie, is super playful and would love to keep your dog company during the day and/or night. I will be able to crate your dog if needed, and can also provide any medications or special care that your dog may need.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs beforehand or any accommodations I need to make for him/her. For boarding purposes, your dog must be friendly with other dogs as my pug Stevie is glued like velcro to my side. She loves other dogs, though, and looks forward to meeting many playmates!
A typical day
I love to take my dog to the IM fields. There, we can play fetch, take long walks in the woods with lots of sniffs, and maybe even spy a couple squirrels! My house is also full of dog toys for lots of fetch and tug of war inside the house.

Availability
During this summer, I will be working on a research project which requires minimal in person sampling days, usually once every 2 weeks, with only a few exceptions. The rest of my work can be done at home, so I am available to walk, play, and care for your pets most of every day! Taking care of my personal pug, Stevie, is already the brightest and best part of every day, and adding your dog to the mix would only make the best better!
