I have been in the veterinary industry for 14 years and have been a practicing veterinarian for the past 8 years. I welcome pets of all shapes and sizes as well as those with medical needs to stay with me while you are away. I am happy to send plenty of updates and photos throughout your pet's stay. I do not confirm booking requests for new pets without having a meet and greet or an in depth phone conversation with you first. This gives us an opportunity to be sure that we are a good fit for each other and ensures that we have a chance to go over and clarify your pet's care instructions. All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella vaccinations and cats must be up to date on Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. Pets must also be on a flea prevention.

Lindsey was great with both of our dogs. She watched them for nine nights total and provided us daily updates so we knew how the girls were doing. Her apartment and backyard are perfect for pets and she lives on a quiet street which is great for walks. Highly recommend booking with her!
Could not be happier with leaving our girls with Lindsey. They’re older dogs and just don’t do well being boarded anymore and this was the perfect solution. They were so well taken care of and the updates from Lindsey comforted us tremendously.
She is the best! She sent us daily updates on Killua and how he was doing! He was walked and fed just the way we would at home! Def would book her again!

My home is unique in that it has a ground level apartment that is used for your pet's stay. This area is fully pet proofed and ready to serve as your pets home away from home. This is a great option for kitties looking for safe and comfortable boarding as well as pets that have a hard time with stairs. I do not host pets from multiple households at one time, so you do not need to worry if your pet does not get along with others. If you have multiple pets, I am happy to keep all of your furry friends while you are away - there is plenty of room!

During our meet-and-greet I will inquire as to the details of your pets day-to-day schedule. This will include walks, play time, potty breaks, feeding, medications, etc. Please also let me know of any major medical problems in your pet's history so that I know specifically what to keep an eye out for.
A typical day
During pet stays, I stay in the apartment level with them and give them lots of love and attention. The apartment has direct access to a fully fenced in backyard (no outer entry to yard, only able to access from house). On nice days we will often hang out in the yard together. Dogs get potty breaks every 4 hours or on whatever schedule you prefer. We are also lucky to live on a quiet cul-de-sac for safe and peaceful walks. I have 2 dogs and a cat that live upstairs.

I will care for your pet as if they were my own and they will get plenty of love and affection during their stay. I can accommodate for medical needs in whatever way is necessary to keep your pet healthy and happy. Fine with oral, transdermal, and injectable medications. I do work outside of the home, but your pet is welcome to come with me to work where everyone will give him or her plenty of pets and attention.
