I took a hiatus from Rover but am back now as of July 2020! Since the Rover Calendar does not allow timing customization, please see my availability below: Overnights (10pm-9am) Sunday night - Wednesday night Dog Walking & Dog or Cat House Visits: 11am-10pm Monday - Thursday & 7pm-10pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday I live in Charlottesville, and work part-time on the weekends at a local business. I'm also in graduate school, which is why I need a flexible source of income. I am pet first aid certified including CPR; for 2 years I was part of an animal rescue team. I have experience administering insulin also. Animals I have had in the past or currently have: dog, cat, turtle, bird, hamster, hermit crab, freshwater fish. I love all creatures and will treat your animals as if they were mine. I prefer visiting your house to take care of your animals, since I have a cat who is not sure about new dogs. I have a dog-friendly jeep & my dog will be with me to come play with your dog and wear him or her out, unless you tell me your dog does not like other dogs. Meet & Greet is required before booking a job, and due to COVID-19 all meet & greets would preferably be outside. I will come into your house for your visits with a mask on. and

Lindsey loves animals! She has had a dog her whole life and dogs love her as much as she loves them! She is a very responsible person who would always pay attention to a dog’s special needs. She is a very fit person who would have no problem walking for miles if her dog required a lot of exercise. Lindsey is very level- headed and intelligent, so she will know how to handle almost any situation she is placed in. Lindsey is sensitive, so she will build a rapport with her furry friends. Lindsey respects rules so she will follow the instructions of the owners. Most importantly, Londsey is a caring person who will treat someone else’s pet as if it were her own. All dogs love Lindsey.

First I need to know if your animal is friendly towards other dogs. My dog is happy to play with yours but I do not want to ever put him in danger. I will take care of any breed - no breedism here. Just has to be a dog I can control on leash since I am not a large person. I prefer dogs under 50 pounds for this reason, but I know there are gentle giants out there, especially my older dogs, so I have not marked the weight requirement off for this reason! I require meeting you and your pet first before booking a job. I have a list of questions I'll ask you about your animal at our meet and greet!
