Loving pet sitter, future vet!
Pet care experience
I am an animal science major at UConn and love any and all animals! I grew up with 3 dogs (of all sizes and temperaments) and rescued one of my own, Pacino, last year. He was almost 3 when I rescued him, so I had some training and work to do, but he is truly my heart dog! I have watched dogs and cats for friends and have experience giving medication, following through with training, and senior care. I have interned at a zoo and have had experience with exotic animals as well!
Reviews
Lindsey was great walking my pup! She completed a rover card and left a nice detailed note of how the walk went. She's very caring and loves dogs, so I feel confident in leaving my pup Riley in her hands. I would highly recommend and will be using her again in the future!
Lindsey was amazing taking care of my cat while I was away. She sent regular updates and photos letting me know my cat was in excellent hands. My cat is usually scared around people and she loved Lindsey and cuddled with her a lot! Lindsey also kept everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend having Lindsey watch your pet!
Lindsey was great! She sent me a ton of photos of my dog and gave me a detailed summary of how the visit went. 11/10, will definitely book with her again. :)
Lindsey was nothing short of amazing when checking in on my cat while I was travelling!! Even when I couldn't immediately communicate she was super responsive, sweet and kept me updated which was super important to me when being so far away, with adorable photos as a bonus!! Thank you again for treating Sunny like one of your own! ?

I am always sure to lock the door and bring the key with me when leaving for a walk and sure to lock up when I leave after the walk. I send lots of pictures to pet owners and I am sure to be gentle with your pets and update you every step of the way!
Information Lindsey C. would like to know about your pet
I will want to know what your dog’s temperament is like and what his/her triggers are (e.g. how does your dog react to seeing other dogs, seeing new people, seeing bunnies or deer on walks, etc.) I would also discuss walking habits beforehand (does your dog wear a harness, do you typically walk with treats, etc.) and what your expectations are for me. If your dog has any special needs or anything else noteworthy about him/her!
A typical day
I think it is super important to not only physically tire out a dog but mentally tire him/her out too! Going new places on walks, not doing the same thing every time, and experiencing lots of new smells is a perfect way to keep your dog mentally engaged. I love hiking and nature so I love walking on nature trails or finding new hiking spots to walk my dog at! I also do not at all mind just walking around a neighborhood, and will switch up the route that I walk to keep your dog interested!
