hi! i'm lindsey. i love in Mt. Vernon with my 1 year old jack russell mix, iggy. i love all types of dogs and am an attentive and active sitter! i'm happy to host your pup and spoil him/her like i do mine. as a life long dog lover, i have cared for a number of family pets, as well as my own, and haven't met a breed yet that i don't fawn over. i know what it's like to be away from your babies, so rest assured i will care for your pet as i'd care for my own! i have experience with dogs of all sizes and age ranges, and am comfortable administering medicines, and/or accommodating special diets. sadly, due to a pet policy in my building, i am not able to sit for pits or pit mixes, dobermans, or rotties. :(

It was such a joy booking with Lindsey! She made finding a sitter simple and stress-free! She was incredibly accommodating, taking time to meet our pup and learn about her routine and temperament during the booking process. While we were away, we had no concerns about how our doggie was fairing knowing Lindsey was taking good care of her. I would highly recommend Lindsey to anyone looking for a sitter who is reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and a true dog-lover!
Lindsey went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable leaving our senior Yorkie (Cappie) with her for a few days. We really appreciated how she met with us before our booking to observe some of his aggressive behaviors towards other dogs and the daily updates (with pictures!) put our minds at ease that Cappie was well cared for. It was also incredibly easy working with Lindsey to coordinate pick-up and drop-off times. Most importantly, we returned home to a little Yorkie who was clearly comfortable and excited to have spent time with Lindsey. When we came by to pick him up, it was wonderful to see him full of energy, tail wagging.
