Lindsay is amazing, an angel sent from above! She stayed with my go while I was out of town for Christmas and updated me with photos letting me know my baby was super taken care of. She reliable, responsive and just an all around great person. There’s no one else I’d get to watch Harley now!

Unfortunately, there was a big misunderstanding on schedule/coverage expectations when we booked with Lindsay. She was nice and came by prior to our booking to meet Cooper and do a walkthrough, which was appreciated, but overall we didn’t get the full service we were expecting. We booked her for 3 nights from Thursday - Sunday evening. She did arrive within the set window time and things were okay the first couple of days, but on Saturday our dog was left home alone for 11 hours, while she went to work and half of that was in the dark. I was explicit that he shouldn’t be left home alone for more than 8 hours, which was a very reasonable ask. The final day, we had booked through 6-8 PM, but she left for work at 10:30 AM, so he was left home alone for 9 hours. This took away from my vacation, because I was just worried about my dog the last half. I did express this disappointment prior to posting this review and she understood but claimed to have told me about her work hours, but it was not mentioned once during the walkthrough. Had I known, I would have had someone else do a drop in during the long windows. She did respect our home and asked if there was anything specific to do before leaving. It was all tidy, just like we left it and even left us some craft beers, which was a kind gesture. We won’t be booking again with Lindsay, but take our experience as you wish. I would make sure to set clear expectations and discuss a schedule in detail so that you have a better experience than us.
