Hi there, I'm Lindsay and I can't wait to make new furry friends! I have about 10 years of experience caring for dogs. Although I grew up with dogs, I got my first dog when I was 8, which I was solely responsible for walking, feeding and entertaining. I have moved around often in the past few years, which is why I don't have a dog of my own right now, but luckily I get to hang out with my roommate's dog Ellie! I take her for walks, to the park, keep an eye on her food and make sure she goes outside when she needs to. I also volunteered at a local humane shelter throughout high-school. I'm comfortable with all breeds and sizes! I am very attune to body language and general disposition, and am very good at adjusting my approach and demeanor to suit what I think the dog is thinking or feeling. I am very attentive and try to "chat" with the dogs to make them feel comfortable. I have experience and patience when walking dogs who aren't fully leash trained or easily excited. I am available weekday mornings before 7 or 8 and after 3 or 4 Mon-Thurs. Friday I have more flexibility, and I am open on the weekends.
