Hello there! I'm Lindsay and I am a rescue dog mom myself. When I'm not taking my pit-bull mix, Karma, for a good long walk or to cool off in the creek I'm likely still outside jogging, hiking, or swimming. Anything that gets me in the sun and I'm happy. I'm accustomed to a very strong, determined dog so big dogs are no problem, although small dogs and cats are a welcome respite. Having gone through the process of post-surgery care for an intestinal blockage with my dog last November I am also familiar with the issues and difference in care (feeding, administering medication, isolation and cleanups) that occur when quiet time and re-cooperation is the most important thing for your pet's comfort and healing.
