I can’t remember not having a dog to take care of. My father was and has always been a dog lover so ever since I was a little girl I’ve had had 1-2 dogs always by my side. If I wanted to keep them I had to take charge and clean up after them. After high school it stopped being a chore and became more of a loving need. I’ve taken my dogs to multiple places and multiple hikes and trained them to walk by my side without a leash for several miles. I believe that with patience and conditioning, communication becomes possible. Your loved one will be in good hands because they deserve nothing less. I will treat them the way I would want someone else to treat my own.
