Growing up in rural Minnesota, my family and I have been in taking care of dogs, cats, cows, pigs, and chickens for many years. I now live in Florida with my husband and 12 y/o min-pin, Sasha! As a rover sitter, I can provide a healthy environment for families who have busy lifestyles that aren't always dog & cat friendly. Whether its for work or a vacation, sometimes our pets need to stay home... That's where I come in! I have experience caring for homes, babysitting kids, and looking after pets. I also have a background in animal care and basic anatomy which helps me better understand a pet's signs and needs. I'm currently in graduate school at the University of Miami. My schedule is very flexible now that we're in the summer months and my husband also works from home. Between the two of us, we are able to provide 20-24 hour/day care to any pet that visits our home. Our apartment has a beautiful park for us to use for dog walks throughout the day. There is also a fenced-in area if your pup likes to stretch their legs by getting off-leash. We have a nice set-up in our apartment that allows us to give a pet their own space, if needed, but they can also have full freedom of the space and socialize with Sasha if they like small dogs!
