Cat Person That Loves Dogs

Pet care experience

I’m a scientist, traveler, and animal lover! I worked at a kennel (walking/feeding/daycare) for several years and as a vet tech for 3 years before I changed my career. My husband and I have a senior long haired chihuahua and a very friendly cat. I can offer drop ins and dog walking for most sized dogs that are low to mid level energy. I am petite so while I’m comfortable with large dogs they do need to be well behaved on a leash for everyone’s safety. As far as my experience, I have house sat extensively for both dog and cat owners. I am completely comfortable giving medication including insulin (I was the go-to for difficult cats when I was working at a veterinary hospital). I also have personal experience with fish, rodents, and birds. Please let me know if you have any questions.

This is the second time I hired Lindsay. The trip was longer (8 days). I was even more impressed by the care my cat got. Ralph really liked her and was totally relaxed! And my place looked great when I got home (trash removed, kitchen neat, etc.) Thanks again Lindsay!

I spent a lot of time looking through Rover to find the right person. Having run my own pet sitting service for 10 years, I have high standards. Lindsay was absolutely fantastic with my cat Ralph, and took great care of my place also. She sent me texts each stop along with very cute pictures. Ralph was happy to see me of course, but not stressed at all. He can be a fussy eater. Lindsay took great care to make sure he ate, and got lots of attention. I will be going on a longer trip in October. Lindsay is booked for that also, so I have no concerns at all about being gone. "Thank you" from Me and Ralph!

Lindsay is a very loving dog and cat mom. One day her dog Kip stayed with my dog, Benson while they had showings at their house. She got home early to pick up Kip from my house and she walked Benson for me. Benson normally gets wiped/cleaned after his walks and Benson let her. He doesn’t trust easily, but he had trust with Lindsay. She is patient and caring.

Lindsay is an outstanding pet sitter. She has looked after my two cats over the last two years. She is reliable and great with animals. I feel totally confident leaving my cats in her hands. She even sends me pictures of the cats while I’m away. I would highly recommend her.
