Pet care experience
I am a 27 year old graduate student looking for some part time canine companionship :) I've had a family dog all of my life, and therefore have a lot of experience in the responsibilities that come with caring for pets. I have administered pills/medications and shots (insulin) to dogs of different sizes before, so I know how to handle those situations. I love to play with dogs and treat every dog I come across as my own. I will always treat your pet with kindness and make sure they are safe and loved when they are in my care. I love getting to know dogs and their personalities, no matter what shape or size. I also have experience with rescue dogs and am well aware of territorial behaviors and tendencies.

Lindsey did a great job with our high maintenance pup! Our pup is diabetic and has to get insulin shots twice a day, can’t see very well, needs to be walked several times a day, and has separation anxiety. His anxiety and stress caused him to have some tummy issues and Lindsey was wonderful with him, giving him lots of love and snuggles. She even washed the towels & sheets, left the house super clean. We would highly recommend Lindsay and hope to use her again.
Lindsay is a great sitter. We have a 6 month old puppy and she kept her on track with her training and gave her tons of attention. She stayed in our home and cleaned up after herself. I would highly recommend Lindsay to anyone!

Lindsay was great with my velcro pup and went above and beyond as a sitter taking care of my home too from bringing in the garbage cans to washing sheets. I would welcome her back in a heartbeat and I think my challenging pup would rather have her than me as an owner :o)

I have no preferences when it comes to caring for dogs because I love all of them!! I would like to know if a dog has the tendency to be aggressive towards other people, children, or other dogs, or different ways that the dog tends to act while on walks. If the dog has any medical issues, that would be helpful to know too, just in case.
A typical day
Depending on your location, I know a lot of fun parks to go on walks through that will keep your dog entertained and active. We will run and play, and I can throw balls very far! I especially love snuggling pups and am known to have some pretty great butt scratches

Availability
I am currently a graduate student and have classes from 10-5 daily (excluding tuesdays). I am looking to pick up part-time work to earn some extra money to support myself through school, and can fit in drop-in visits and walks to my evening routine!
