Hi! I'm Lindsay, a junior Ecology student at Susquehanna University! As a member of Alpha Phi Omega, a co-ed service fraternity, i love to help others and their pets. Caring for animals gives me a huge sense of accomplishment. I've had cats in the house all my life, and i've had geriatric and special-needs cats for multiple years as well. I've taken care of cats for friends and family, and spend lots of time ensuring their pets feel comfortable around me. I am a previous SPCA Annapolis volunteer, where i socialized cats and walked dogs. I also volunteer at my schools living collection! There, i feed and clean cages for frogs, snakes, lizards, turtles, marine/aquatic fish, and even birds! I'll hapilly take care of your exotics (and plants!). I have been a seasonal, part-time employee at a pet boarding facility near Annapolis for over a year. There, I clean kennels, feed dogs, medicate them, bathe them, and walk/run them. Because of my previous experience, I am comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes, and of most tempers, and am experienced with loud dogs, jumpy dogs, nippy dogs, flighty dogs, and timid dogs. I love giant breeds; the bigger the better! I recently completed an internship at a Veterinary facility in Argentina, where I learned valuable medical skills that can be used (heaven forbid i need to use them) in emergency situations.
