Hey all! I run an online nutrition and fitness coaching business, and I am also a competitive weightlifter. I am a Midwest girl at heart, originally from southern Illinois - just over the River from St. Louis, MO. I moved to Los Angeles in 2014 where I began my career as a fitness professional. I met my boyfriend in the gym, and we are both coaches/competitive weightlifters. I am SO excited to live in Phoenix! I love the heat and the sun, and can’t wait to explore some of the beautiful hiking trails AZ has to offer. I’m a pretty low key individual! I like to read, lay by the pool and work on my business.
