I've both house-sit and pet-sit (drop-by visits) off and on for years for neighbors and family friends. I have experience both walking with and caring for dogs of many different sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I lived near a shelter for a short while and walked small dogs with a variety of personalities and special needs. I love walking/running outside nearly as much as I love working with dogs - even in cold, windy, or rainy weather. I live in an area of Salem with plenty of partially shaded residential streets to walk along and several parks located close by. I've got an older black lab mix who loves going out for walks with any and all breeds, sizes, and genders of fellow dogs and kitties.
