I have had dogs for over 30 years, all my adult life, and my childhood, too. My family and friends trust their dogs in my care, as I treat them like I do my own. I am casual in approach, dogs on furniture, allowed on my bed if they want, and I offer lots of affection and love. I've been doing long walks and hikes with my own dog(s) for the last 30 years. I have been a dog person (always go out of my way to meet a dog, any dog, anywhere I go)! I seem to get along with them all. My dog is truly my family, and I treat him that way. One of my philsophies and that you cannot spoil a dog with love and affection.
