Pet care experience
I have just retired and want to spend time caring for your pets as part of my family, when you need that extra bit of help. I have a very open and flexible schedule. I have had pets from an early age, who I have cared for personally. I have been a pet sitter for many friends over the years. My home is spacious, clean and organised. I am a smoke-free household, and have no children. My recently retired from work and volunteering means I have a PVG disclosure. I am up to date in my Pet First Aid.

Linda looked after our elderly rescue dog on his first visit away since we got him Naturally we were worried he would not settle especially as she had two dogs of her own But we need not have worried as Linda was so kind and patient with Bobby and he was so at home and happy when we picked him up I definitely would recommend her to anyone. Thanks again Linda and i do hope we can use you in the future
Linda was fantastic! Whisky (our cocker spaniel) absolutely loved her. Linda looked after Whisky for a few hours on two consecutive days to allow us to explore Inverness when we visited and stayed in an AirBnB. He was very happy when she arrived on the second day and did not care when we left him! Linda was friendly and professional. She did not seem phased by Whisky’s energy! We would definitely use Linda again if we ever visit the area again and highly recommend her to other dog owners!
Linda is a natural with dogs. They love her too, certainly based on what I have seen. Linda has cared for my Fox Red Labrador on a number of occasions from when he was just a few months old to just a few weeks ago when he was 16 months. He is a very active dog and enjoys every moment he spends with Linda coming back home looking very happy and well looked after. He loves his time with Linda and has always been very pleased to be with her. My dog can be very anxious, but Linda lovingly reassures him and makes sure he is comfortable and relaxed whilst with her. I thoroughly recommend Linda for long stays, doggie day care and walking.
Entrusting my dog with someone has always been something I find difficult, because he's part of the family. But there's noone id rather have take care of my dog than Linda. I felt comforted by Linda's trusting, kind nature. She regularly updated me with how my dog was doing while in her care. She's reliable, and excellent with dogs. Her knowledge has been so reassuring whenever I've had questions. My dog felt relaxed in her presence, and I will definitely have Linda look after my dog again.

A typical day
I do love making fuss of your pet - as long as they enjoy it! I have toys at home and would bring any of your pet's own toys should they want to bring them. I enjoy playing and walking with them, based on what you feel they need. I try and stick to their home routines, eating times, walking times and periods, on lead / off lead. If I do let your pet of their lead (with your agreement) one of the first things I play, is hiding from them for them to come and look for me.
