Lucy is always excited to see Linda again, no matter how much time has passed since her last stay.
We like Linda's sense of humor and easy going temperment. We also like the fact that her back yard is shaded and fenced. Linda is a great sitter!

Missy’s stay with Linda was great. She was happy when I went to pick her up. I would
definitely use Linda again. It was obvious to me that Linda really loves dogs.

Dogs love coming to Auntie Linda's

I have been fostering small dogs for a rescue group in No. VA. for the last 9 years (my aching back doesn’t allow me to work with dogs larger than 20 lbs)--prior to that I fostered cats and kittens. When Linda watches your pet

I treat the dogs that I dog-sit for much like my foster dogs. I want them to feel loved, safe and protected as well as stimulated and exercised. As examples of enrichment, I hide green beans under and between two pieces of card board with a couple of holes in them, (you'd be surprised how many dogs love green beans) play ball with them inside and out and give them Kong's (usually filled with a little dry food, peanut butter and green beans). If your dog is used to sleeping with you, they sleep with me. If not--not. If they need medication, I give them their medicine (within reason--if multiple problems, a small extra fee is charged).
