Pet care experience

Pet friendly patio home with a doggy door, an enclosed yard and buddies to play with! I have two small dogs, a dauchsund mix (Peanut) and a poodle mix (Moe) and three cats (Romeo, Tigre and Slate). I take the dogs out for a walk twice a day to the little park at the end of my street and to the big park on the weekends. I would love to make my home your dog's favorite place to go when you're away! About this sitter: I will deliver all the hugs, walks and TLC your pet requires and you will come back home to a happy camper. Why I love dog sitting Dogs have always been part of my life. I've had six. Peanut and Moegy being the 5th and 6th dogs that I have had the pleasure to have with me. When I was a child a would bring home lost dogs and ask my parents to help me find the owner. I still try to rescue lost dogs or any other animal. I saved a skunk from certain death once!!! Meet my pets I also have two aquariums. A 55 gallon fresh water and a 68 gallon salt water. I enjoy both of them very much. So does Slate, he sits and watches the fish. Sometimes he tries to touch them by putting his paw on the tank. It's really fascinating to watch. About my yard My yard is an "L" shape. It can accomodate very easily three dogs. Mine are always on doggy patrol and have the whole length of the house for running. It's about a 10 X 60 feet stretch on the side and about 20 X 10 in the immediate back. The yard is enclosed, part fence, part brick wall. I have two gates which add extra security. The deck is always closed. This is the gate that gives access to the front of the house. My experience administering medication I am very comfortable administering medicine. through out the years I have had to on several occasions. I have even given epidural shots for my poodle when he would have a epileptic seizure.

After using Linda for many years, i can only say how wonderful she is. It was never like taking the boys to a sitter, it was as if we were taking them to another member of the family.

Always a good experience. Dog is crazy about Linda. Had one medical situation; taken care of appropriately. May sound hokey, but Linda is truly a blessing in my and my dog's lives.

Information Linda C. would like to know about your pet

I would need to know if the dog is confortable with cats as I have three but just one is a home body. The other two are in and out. The breed is of no concern to me, just that everyone gets along.

A typical day

Here's where we'll take our walks I have two parks where I take the dogs for walks. One is just down my street. The other is a bigger park which has a doggy park. It is a bit further away requiring a much longer walk or a drive depending on the temperature outside. Your dog's sleeping arrangement It will be your choice. My dogs sleep with me. If this is acceptable for you then you dog can sleep with us or your dog can use one of the dog pillows I have around the house. Time I'll spend with your dog During the week it can range between four to six hours plus bedtime. On the weekends from eight to twelve plus bedtime. I enjoy staying at home with my pets.
