I took care of an adorable miniature pinscher for a whole summer at my home. I learned to always tuck in the kitchen chairs, be wary of any gaps under the backyard fence, keep him from sniffing pokey plants on walks, keep him well-hydrated and fed, and to recognize the signs when he needs to "go." But, most of all, to show love and attention to our canine companions with lots of playtime and belly rubs. A happy dog makes a happy home!
