Lin is very kind and accommodating with Peppers needs, feeding schedule and sends videos/pictures updating us about him. She makes sure all the dogs she has are getting along and are friendly with each other as well which puts us to ease when we drop him off. We booked with her twice with no issues and would def book again :)

Weirdest Rover experience ever. When we went to pick up our dog, a care giver who did not know anything about dog sitting in the home told us our dog was not there. She went to find Lin and said she wasn't there, that we could not look for our dog, and that she didn't know anything and I should call Lin. I had already texted Lin twice telling her exactly when we would arrive. When I called Lin she said, "the care giver doesn't know anything" and finally came to the door without our dog. Then she didn't seem to know which dog was ours, brought the wrong bag for our dog, and said, "the care giver doesn't know, you should text me." It was totally nerve wracking to pick up our dog and have that confusion. Also, when we dropped off our dog, she said, "walking is not included," which was part of our care instructions. At that point we were already en route for a 3 day weekend, so we uncomfortably left our dog there, and then came back to the super weird pick up scene. We have never had a dog sitter say they would not walk our dog, nor had such an unsettling Rover experience.
