Pet care experience
Grew up with dogs got my first cat and my love for animals only grew from there. About 6 years of helping with my family’s & friends furbabys. Mid COVID I chose to change what type of work and started taking pet care as a full time job. I have experience with puppy care as young as 2 months. Puppy’s are always welcomed! I have crate trained multiple dogs throughout the years. I love to upkeep with training, I understand it’s important to keep up with training if it’s a puppy or an adult pup. I treat these furbabys how I treat my own. All the cuddles they can possibly want and more. During boarding I love to take them hiking, walk at the park. One on one play time if that is fetch or tug. I want to be able to give enrichment and fulfill your dogs need. I know my pup needs his play time and walks that’s what makes him a good happy boy. I do know how to walk 4 dogs at once. It’s taken a few years and I still am impressed with myself I must say. Some of my buddies are STRONG! Interactive walks are my fav. Talking to my walking buddy and giving my full energy into the walk and giving treats as they sit or stay or even just give me those puppy eyes.

live in a apartment so 20-30 min walks are always given throughout the day. We have a big in fenced dog park in are community I know most of the dog parents, great dogs that go there. For dogs that are more timid I use my grandmas fenced in yard she lives 3 minutes up the street from me so it’s perfect to get a controlled environment. My goal is to always make any dog staying in my home comfortable. If more then one dog is at home I do feed separate and pick up all bowls after. When In playing time the dogs are never left unattended as I know how dogs can sometimes get to excited , if it’s with toys or simply get over stimulated. When visiting clients home I make sure to always lock up and double check.

Any allergies, if a dog has any trigger as in leash reactivity, scared of men, cats loud noises. Really helps me to avoid anything during a stay. How they are with other dogs.
A typical day
Scheduled eating, typically relax before going out for about 30 mins or so. Unless my fur buddy lets me know they need to go head of time. I go based if your fur baby’s needs. If that is Yard time in the day. Going on trials or hiking is always an option I like to do. Long walks in parks or by the water. these at all things I love to do with my own fur baby’s.

Availability
As of now I’m a full time pet caregiver. Sometimes 7 days a week. Love what I do. I have lots of fun spending time with all different dogs. Bonding and learning what they love and hate. I’m flexible with hours. Sometimes I’m up at 6am and sometimes 8am Willing to move around your pets schedule. My dogs are used to a 20 min morning walk around 8am. We come back and prep the bowls for breakfast. Once everyone has ate we hang out and relax with some snuggles for a hour or less just depends until we go out for a quick potty break. Everyday Is different sometimes we walks trials and sometimes we have yard day.
