Your pet's next bestie :)

Pet care experience

Heyo! I'm Lily, a proud dog-mom to my sweet senior, Sasha, for 5+ years. I've also spent over a year on Rover as a dedicated pet caregiver and companion. I really take pride in being the go-to sitter for friends and family when they're away! Growing up surrounded by dogs, I have always had a soft spot for them. However, I've genuinely developed an appreciation for the lovely company of cats too! From caring for playful pups with boundless energy to providing special attention for senior pets and comforting those dealing with severe separation anxiety, I'm constantly learning about the unique needs of our furry friends. They're just so special, and deserve all the love and care to live their best lives!

Lily was super responsive and kept us in the loop from start to finish, really nice and very good with our shy cat and vocal/excitable aussie. We will definitely be reaching out to her for future pet sits. Our cat even came out to play and talk to her while we were gone. She is awesome! :)

Lily was amazing! We definitely plan to book her in the future as she was reliable, friendly, and so good with our kitties Lulu and Loki!

Lily Beth was wonderful! She was very kind and patient with our timid pup. She came up with good suggestions when he didn’t want the harness put on in her presence. During the walks she would send pictures. Would love working with her again. My sister hired her for when she would be out of town and I am glad she did.

Safety, trust & environment

During a standard drop-in, I usually take the pups out for fresh air and a potty break (litterbox duty for my cat friends). Following that, there's feeding and administering any necessary meds or supplements. With parental permission, I love treating my buddies and I'm open to pampering—whether it's wiping paws, applying paw/nose balm, or giving a thorough coat brushing. The rest of our time is dedicated to playtime and bonding :) (Of course, this routine is subject to change depending on instructions provided!) For walks I like to stay equipped with my mega fanny pack loaded with water, a bowl, #2 bags, treats, and essentials. I move at my pet friend's pace, be it a relaxed stroll or energetic workout. My priority is that pups feels safe, comfy, and have a great time!

Information Lilybeth M. would like to know about your pet

Before our first visit (if possible and if we feel necessary) clients and I usually like to set up a super quick meet-up to touch base on a few things. It's really just about getting to know each other and making sure it's a good match! - Could you share your pet's daily schedule and routine? - What activities does your pet enjoy the most? - Any specific feeding instructions, including portions, times, and treat preferences? - Are there any medical conditions or medications/supplements I should be aware of? - Do you have vet info and emergency contacts you'd like to provide? - How does your pet interact with other dogs and kids? - Are there specific training cues you'd like me to use? - What's the preferred activity level, and any considerations for walks? - Any allergies or sensitivities I should be mindful of? - What's your preferred method of communication? Feel free to share what you're comfortable with, and we'll go from there. Looking forward to it! :)

A typical day

I've found that each pet is motivated by different interests, and their preferences can vary day to day. When my furry friends are super food-driven, it's always fun setting them up with entertaining treat-feeding toys/puzzles. For the energetic explorers, we'll venture into new environments—hitting nearby trails and parks. I'm always down to playing fetch and tug of war with the playful pups, but I'm just as happy slowing down for gentle and calming activities if that's my fur friend's preference.
